Every required item that you have NOT entered is considered an error.

I’m testing out an internal system at my institution that will allow
PIs to upload files to a drop box on our server to transfer their
Grants.gov files to the Sponsored Programs office. I decided to test
out system by downloading a real Grants.gov application form -
something I admittedly have never done before.

So, I went to Grants.gov, downloaded an NIH application form, and as
I was attempting to save the file to my computer I received the
following message:

“One or more items in this form contains an invalid value” (I did not
enter anything into the form!)

I then clicked the “check package for errors” button and there were
88 errors in the form I was trying to download.

If anyone out there can help with this one I would appreciate it.
