Do you have the time to enter dummy data? That would allow you to
continue with your test.

I'm testing out an internal system at my institution that will allow
PIs
to upload files to a drop box on our server to transfer their
Grants.gov
files to the Sponsored Programs office. I decided to test out system
by
downloading a real Grants.gov application form - something I
admittedly
have never done before.
So, I went to Grants.gov, downloaded an NIH application form, and as I
was attempting to save the file to my computer I received the
following
message:
"One or more items in this form contains an invalid value" (I did not
enter anything into the form!)
I then clicked the "check package for errors" button and there were 88
errors in the form I was trying to download.
If anyone out there can help with this one I would appreciate it.
