Unrelated Business Income
Cindy Weinbrecht 09 Dec 2005 09:55 EST
I am going to try again to get responses, any information that can be
provided would be helpful. Thanking you in advance.
What does your Institution consider Unrelated Business Income, when it
comes to clinical studies conducted prior to FDA approval?
What type of revenues from for-profit companies would you consider
unrelated business income?
Which ones would be considered not to be part of the Institution's
mission, i.e. research, education, etc?
Would this be based on the results being made public?
How does your research office monitor and keep track of unrelated
business income contracts?
