Statement from a reduced NOGA for a modular award (we received 80% of modular amount): SPECIAL BUDGET NOTICE NIH is currently funded through a Continuing Resolution at the FY 2005 level. Therefore, this non-competing award has been made at a level below that indicated in the previous Notice of Grant Award. If the final appropriation permits, adjustments may be made up to the FY2006 funding plan level. It sounds like the NIH is itself operating at the FY 05 level but is making awards at 80% of previous commitment?
