Good morning!  We have received a couple of requests for Teaming
Agreements in the last week from private entities that wish to
partner on collaborative proposals to federal agencies.  Are these
common?  Are they truly applicable to universities?  My understanding
was that such agreements were used mainly in consortium activities
between private entities.  Any advice or other comments on how your
institution handles these would be greatly appreciated.
