Grant Accountant with an accounting degree, federal grant accounting
experience and/or 3 to 5 years' equivalent accounting
responsibilities.  Must possess accounting, finance and verbal skills
to communicate correct interpretation of federal grant procurement
requirements to all levels of staff and enforce adherence.  Knowledge
of Oracle/Discoverer Accounting/Budget system a plus.
