Oh yea! Accounting wants to review everything prior to submission and of course they always have recommended, if not required, changes. I send along an electronic copy of the budget (request it of the PI early on) after I've reviewed and made corrections. This is all done, hopefully, before the 5 day lead time we require to review the entire proposal and it seems to have worked nicely!
