All,
I'm desperate (!!!) for a model cooperative research agreement between a
US institution and a Chinese governmental agency.  Aside from the export
control considerations, I need some idea of how to handle intellectual
property, freedom to publish, dispute resolution, governing law, human
subjects, and, well, just about everything else.  I would like to set
this up as an umbrella agreement under which work orders for the
specific scientific research projects will be issued.  If you can help,
I will be forever indebted!
