The "Obligation to Register Clinical Trials" (Section III.J of the
Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals
published by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) has
just become a hot topic at our University.  We were unaware of it until
JAMA and then DOD sent out notices regarding the Sept. 13th deadline for
registration.

How are institutuions handling the registration, by organzation or
individual?
