An opportunity exists for a university representative to serve as part of a
group concerned with USDA Forest Service Grants & Agreements customer
service.  The purpose of the group is in part "to share information and
points of view on Forest Service G&A issues."   Meetings take place at least
four times a year, with at least one in-person meeting per year.  I have
served part of a 2-year term that began in February, 2004.  If you might be
