We have received a request to participate in a conference call this afternoon regarding the rescission of EPA funds (see quote below from e-mail requesting our participation in the conference call).  I have done some research (very little, but some) and can only find reference to STAG awards (State and Tribal Assistance Grants) being affected by this decision.

"EPA's actions have been in response to Congressional action which included an $80 million "rescission" for EPA's current budget.  It appears that we will be unable to approve project extensions for grants which have expired or will expire before 01 Oct 05, except possibly for some universities and nonprofit organization ("Part 30 recipients")."

Have any of you heard anything on this yet?
