This question is for universities' sponsored programs offices whose
grant and contract funding is in the neighborhood of $175 - $200 million
per year.  How many FTEs do you have in your office and what type are
the positions?  I would greatly appreciate a response from everyone who
falls into the $175 - $200 million category so that I can gather as much
data as possible.

Our office has 12 FTEs, but I think that is probably at least 1 FTE
lower than offices at comparable universities. We process over 1200
proposals per year and over 900 awards per year. We have:

1 Director
1 Assistant Director
6 Grants Administrators (2 are dedicated to corporate funding)
2 Administrative Assistants
2 Information Technology positions
