For current issues, just look at the archives here!  I think they'd be an
excellent source.
Perused the past couple of months for a good start:
1. Contracts with industry - what should be included in them, which F&A
rates to use
2.  Allowability of cell phones on federal grants
3.  E-Grant Applications (especially Grants.gov)
4.  Indemnification Language and other Troublesome Clauses
5. Late proposals (old stand-by)

You might also check old agendas for association meetings.
