We are in the process of developing an agreement between our institution
and several local hospitals and/or physician practice groups to permit the
university to manage their grants on their behalf.  One major reason for
doing this is to avoid the need for subcontracts every time such
collaboration occurs.  Does anyone have a copy of a similar agreement that
they are willing to share? Thank you.
