Hi Robert,

I have done this both ways.  1 separate budget page per project/core and 1
flowing document.

What I suggest you do is contact your Program Officer and Grants Specialist
to see if they have a preference.  My Program Officer for P50  Progress
Report that averages 200-300 pages preferred the flowing document as it
reduced the amount of pages.
