 Job Duties:
The primary responsibility of the research coordinator is to manage all aspects of conduting clinical trials.  As the primary resource for the protocols, the research corrdinator will act as liaison between the investigators, primary care providers, the institutional review board (IRB) and the sponsor.  Along with the investigator, the research coordinator will screen, enroll and follow study subjects, ensuring protocol compliane and close monitoring while the subjects are on study.  In addition, the coordinator is responsible for all data and source documentation, adverse experience reporting and maintenance of complete regulatory files and financial management of clinical trial related-funds.

Qualifications:
The research coordinator is required to have an in-depth knowledge of protocol requirements and good clinical practice as set forth by federal regulations. We are looking for an RN or RT with current license to practice;BLS; and at least 2 years of clinical research experience; or a baccalaureate in a health related field and at least 4 years of clinical research experience; or 2 years of clinical research experience  and a Masters degree in a related field. This research coordinator must be a detail-oriented person with strong writing, communication, and computer skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

CCRC(ACRP) or CCRP(SoCRA) certification required.
Excellent spreadsheet and database skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
