Mississippi State University is certainly drafting a response.

Also, COGR published a 10 page "Points for Consideration on Commerce
Inspector General Report" which states, "COGR is encouraging a wide
response from member universities."  This COGR document will give you a
lot of good ideas to consider when drafting your response.
