Aside from the necessity to use Internet Explorer and Windows
exclusively for all submissions, the password problem was the most
distressing. After checking three different peoples' credentials, we did
find that entering the password s-l-o-w-l-y worked as the deadline
neared.  I found this very perplexing; The only thing that made sense to
me was that typing too quickly may have jammed the submission (dropped
packets).
