I had a similar problem and it took almost 3 weeks to finally talk to the right person!! Once I did, the process was smooth and quick. Getting to that point however was terribly frustrating. Fortunately we had other personnel in the office who could submit the proposal. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- John D. We have done all the registration and are ready to submit our first proposal whenever that should happen. However we wanted to go into Grants.gov to check some things....our AOR's password would not work. After several attempts, the system informed me that I would need to speak to the Help Desk at Grants. Gov. Who informed us that they could not "Help" us, that we would have to contact the Credential Provider to obtain and if they could not help us then we would probably have to re-register all over again. Fortunately for us, the password worked the next day and we did not have to pursue the issue further. It is apparent to me that if a system cannot do a simple task....like provide a "Password Reset" button OR "Forgot My Password" feature....that there are serious problems. Obviously, we are hoping for the best on our first submission, but prepared for problems. Juli G.
