I would suspect that type of division and differentiation of pay would
be acceptable to the vice president. I have two questions:
1. Do you (or anyone else) have a system of allowing the split
according to duties?
2. How do you deal with effort reporting, in which there is to be a
correlation between % of time and % of money paid?
