I would like to know if anyone has negotiated changes to a "General
Design Information Confidential Disclosure Agreement" or to a design
kit license agreement through MOSIS on behalf of AMI Semiconductor,
Inc..    [Note the University of Southern California, by and through
the USC Information Sciences Institute DBA "The MOSIS Service").
The changes to the NDA involve standard exclusions such as public
domain information, plus a reasonable term for the confidentiality
obligations.
