We reimburse them for the test if they pass.  Also will do announcement at meeting and insert in newsletter.  And, of course, this would be seen as a major accomplishment which might lead to a better increase at the time of their annual performance review.

you give them raises?  Bonuses? A nice dinner, flowers and a movie?
