Greetings to all...

My University and medical school are associated with the local county
hospital as a residency training site. Relatedly, my division would
like to increase our research association with the hospital.
Ordinarily, research collaborations are facilitated with subcontract
agreements however, I would like to further the collaborations with
more simplified instruments such as "Fee for Service Agreements".

Can any of you provide me samples of such agreements - as I don't want
to re-invent the wheel.

I'd appreciate any assistance.
