We are getting federal funds for a construction project, and the PI just
sent me the DOE-CH 560, Environmental Evaluation Notification Form (EENF)
to complete--no guidelines.

The form requests information on things like "noxious organisms" and the
effect of the construction on endangered species.  Surely, someone with
more expertise in these areas than I needs to complete this form.

I'd appreciate assistance from anyone that has dealt with this form.
