I would be like to set up a telephone conference call or a separate email
dialogue with or a chat room for those of us interested in discussing
Sarbanes-Oxley offline.  I will summarize the group's discussion and post
it to the RESADM-L list serve.

If you are interested in participating in an ad hoc discussion group about
Sarbanes-Oxley and how it affects compliance matters, please send me your
contact information and I'll set something up.

Once I get the names of the participants together, I'll contact everyone in
this ad hoc group and give the details for joining an electronic meeting of
