Dear Colleagues:

We are investigating the possibility of becoming a NIH eRA
institutional service provider (only for submission of our own
proposals).  I would appreciate any input and advice from any of you who
have either done this or are in the process of doing so.

I don't need to hear from the commercial service providers because I am
aware of thier products.  We are trying to determine if an
institutionally-developed system-to-sytem approach which interfaces with
our own eRA software system is our best practice approach.
