I am writing to ask if anyone has had experience with the Danisco
Knowledge Award  "New Product Contest."  Danisco is a Danish Company
involved in the nutrition/food industry.  The terms and conditions
include the obligation to assign all intellectual property rights to
Danisco; i.e. "all ownership rights, including worldwide intellectual
property rights, to product concept and report submitted are assigned
to and become the property of Danisco USA Inc. without compensation."
The T&Cs also include, among other things, Use of Participants name,
likeness etc.  The foregoing applies to all participants, not just
the 2 or 3 that place.

The "reward" is a $10,000 prize to 1st place and pr (so the website says).
