** High Priority **

For a minute there, I was ready to fly to anywhere where it's -45 to see
Val Kilmer, then I realized that wasn't your name.  OK enough humor.

We have struggled with the Development vs Sponsored Research question
more times than the Rock has beaten....oh what's his name???  Anyway,
the way we decide where the "donation or gift" will be counted, is
whether or not is is "full fledged research". In other words, something
that will most likely occur in a lab situation.   That's just my input.
