Anyone got any new thoughts about the new ARS Liability language?  A few
people have told me that they have gotten ARS to change the first part
to state, "To the extent permitted by the laws of the state of *****".
In the absence of a specific law that protects the institution from
liability or  prohibits /limits indemnification, I am not sure how this
changes anything.  Can someone give me some insight into how to deal
with this situation?    thanks
