Hi

Does anyone have an Excel version of the form: NIH (RC)-4 that they
could send me? Or maybe a link?  This form is titled: "Invoice/Financing
Request Instructions for NIH Cost-Reimbursable Type Contracts"

I am specifically looking for the Excel version, I already have access
to the Word/WordPerfect version.
