We are reviewing our Institutional review board and are discussing the
possibility of providing a stipend for the Chairperson.  We have a
couple of questions:

Is this something that is a common practice for IRB Chairpersons?  Is
there a conflict of interest?  and Is there a limit to the amount that
can be provided as a stipend?
