Diane,
Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Exchange allows you to
convert the forms into interactive pdfs that you can fill
out on your computer. If you need help with this
conversion feel free to call me. Depending on the
workload here I can walk you through the process
if you email me the form you're working on so
we'll be looking at the same thing. We're pretty busy
today - is this urgent? Or perhaps we or someone else
on the list has already converted the form you need...
