The age-old dilemma of how to give everybody involved as PIs and Co-PIs
and their departments/units "credit" in interdisciplinary projects is
always fodder for this discussion.
Also, giving "credit" to research centers/institutes when participants
also have an academic (tenure granting) department is another fun
discussion item.
Another timely topic is what to report in your internal reports when a
project has restrictions on publication of any information regarding the
project, and whether an internal report is really "internal" when you
post it on a web page.
