Fellow PeopleSoft users on the list,
Our institution is looking at ways to improve our current implementation of
PeopleSoft Grants Management (8.4), and would like to talk to (and visit if
possible) a few other institutions who are using the Grants module
successfully.
In particular, we would like to see any customizations, bolt-ons etc. that
you use to make life easier. Also, we'd be interested in seeing any
interactive or online training materials that you have developed for your
end-users (e.g. Principal Investigators, Project Managers, Departmental
Administrators), as well as custom reports.
If you are currently using PeopleSoft Financials 8.4 with Grants Management
(i.e. Grants, plus some combination of Projects, Contracts, Billing, A/R,
and General Ledger) and would be receptive to a talk (or a visit by a few
individuals from our institution), please let me know.
BTW, many thanks to the person from the Research office at the Univ. of
Florida College of Medicine who posted their website's online tutorial to
this list a while back - it was inspirational :-)
Thanks in advance,
Joanne
