Colleagues--

Do any of you belong to states or state systems that have state- or system-
based pools of funds that can be used as cost-sharing/matching on federal
grants?  Or can you point to states or systems that have such an arrangement?

Some Wisconsin colleagues and I are looking for colleagues elsewhere who
have experience with a state matching pool and who would be willing to
discuss the pros/cons of their experiences.
