Denise, I would recommend one of the following:

- Attend a CRA review session (sponsored by RACC) usually held before a
national meeting.  The materials you receive would provide an outline
from which you can put together a study notebook. After studying for a
few months you should be prepared to take the exam.  Also, the RACC Body
of Knowledge makes a great table of contents as you gather materials.

NC State has a GREAT website under "Research Administrator's Tool Box."
It contains modules and micrographs that make it easy to study.

Last but not least, see attached online tutorial that is available.  It
was not available when I tested 4 years ago, however, we have people on
MUSC's campus that have done both the session and tutorial and prefer
the tutorial although it is slightly more expensive.  It was recommended
by reliable sources and we now have 36 department administrators
currently using it. (Group pricing is available.)  The email address on
