Do you have their web site? Susan W. I have 2 suggestions, both involving NCURA. The organization recently published a micrograph entitled Establishing and Managing an Office of Sponsored Programs at Non-Research Intensive Colleges and Universities, written by Steve Hansen and Mildred Ofosu. I recommend you start there. In addition, I would recommend your institution send you to one of NCURA's Fundamentals of Research Administration workshops. Together, these will provide all the guidance and background you need to establish a solid office. Dick R.N.
