Our institution does a beautiful job of reporting awards and proposals submitted.  They broadcast a monthly report which is used as the fuel for the annual report.  It's a wonderful benchmarking tool that I eagerly look forward to each month.  I've attached the July report for your veiwing pleasure.  (Please note MY department, Psychiatry, received over $5M last month which we are thrilled about!!!)

We update "last year" records until the cut-off date for creating final
data/report for the year, and then add it to the subsequent year.  Seldom
makes a material difference.
