The new Nanoscale solicitation has been released by NSF.  But I wanted to
bring an important omission to your attention.  The PDF version is missing
key information.  The section about limitations on the number of proposals
an organization can submit is missing completely from the PDF version.  It
does appear in the HTML version.

I have informed folks at NSF so hopefully this gets corrected swiftly.
