Hello,

I am interested in hearing how other universities handle awards with
the Academy, especially in regards to their Data and Publication Clause.
 The Academy retains all rights to any information generated and
developed under their contracts, including copyright.  The also have
restrictive publication requirements.

We have had to walk away from one NAS contract this spring, but really
want to find a way to avoid doing so again.  Any information/help on how
your university has worked with the Academy would be appreciated.
