Hello - I've tried NIH and other federal sources for these but have not had
any luck, so I'm hoping someone out there may have a copy in a file. I need
two things:

1) Any versions of NIH Grants Policy Statements prior to October 1998, and

2)  Versions of PHS 398 Instructions prior to May 2001 (PHS 398 is a form
filled out to receive federal research grants).  We do know there is an
April 1998 version of the PHS 398 Instructions, but it is not available
online.

If you have an old copy of either of the above, or know where I might obtain
them, I'd love to hear from you.
