I have been pursuing a Certificate in Health Law at DePaul University in
Chicago.  It is only one class a semester.  You do not have to have a JD
degree to enroll.  They have students in their Masters Program as well.

The courses offered range from FDA, Fraud & Abuse, Healthcare Transactions,
HIPPA, etc.
