organizational leadership, management, cost accounting, contract law,
economics, statistics, marketing (proposal development), policy
development, human organizational behaviorand total quality management
I worked on RAPID years ago and it was supposed to eventually
translate into a program, but we need a university to step up and take
the lead. I think it will be up to SRA and NCURA to show that they
would get a return on their investment should they decide to pursue
this.
