Is anyone aware of any trainings/courses offered for clinical
trial/research agreement negotiations?  Our Grant Administrators negotiate
these agreements with our Sponsors.  We are looking to provide them with
some information on indemnity, IP, termination, warranties, etc.  For
example, what language is usually acceptable to Universities/non-profits
and what are the minimum recommendations for coverage/language.
