Has your institution sent any students to the summer NASA Academy using
Space Grant funds for the "stipend?"  If so, I need to know whether you
considered the student to be employed and issued a W2 or if you
considered it an award to support participation in an educational
activity that generated a 1099.  We are having a big debate about how to
handle this and I desperately need examples.
