We use SPIN as well and are happy with their customer service. I do not
know how the price compares with COS or IRIS, but it is affordable for
us, and we are also a small PUI.

From experience, SPIN's customer service is wonderful.  They are always
there when you have a question.  Very pleasant to work with.   Although,
I have had some difficulties with the querying portion of SPIN.
Whenever I input too many specific field choices, it comes back with -0-
hits.
