I am seeking information on the criteria used in US colleges to assess
performance of research faculty (ideally at a departmental level).   Would
anyone be prepared to share their criteria with me ?  I am not seeking your
performance data, only the metrics used.  All areas of research are of
interest.

Your assistance would be appreciated.
