Looks like the'll have to widen the door frames one more time=20
for Spanky's head as I have to heartily agree with his posting.=20
We do, however, require that the PI provide written=20
documentation that the sponsor does not support IDC before we=20
give up on it altogether.  We require the PI to include any=20
percentage the sponsor allows. =20

Our off campus rate is negotiated along with the on campus rate.
The determination of which is used is made by the budget folks,=20
but depends upon where/how long work is being done.=20
