Good morning,

Can any of you tell me how your organization deals with situations in which
the PI presents with a funding source that doesn't allow indirect costs or
supports indirects at a rate less than your organization's approved indirect
cost rate? What criteria does your organization use to decide which
applications to support as the grantee organization?

On a related topic, for those of you whose organization charges a different
indirect cost rate depending on whether the research is conducted on or
offsite, how does your organization determine onsite & offsite indirect cost
rates?
