Hi Heather.  I've been doing some studying on evaluating services.  I found
a few articles in the SRA Journal.  If you have access to Volume XXXIII, No
IV, Author Index to Volume, it lists the author, P.G. Waugaman -
Benchmarking in Sponsored Programs Administration.  There is also one by
W.S. Kirby with a similar title.  From there I found the book, How to
evaluate and improve your grants effort by David G Bauer.  The latest
version is 2001.  I found it in our university library. The book comes with
a CD-ROM with a sample of the satisfaction survey used.

This is not something we have used at our institution.  I'm still new to
RA, so this is something I was looking at on my own.

Can anyone point me to any articles/studies about evaluating services, best
practices, changing cultural environments from the Sponsored Research
Office perspective? I have found one so fat. Any advice would be greatly
appreciated.

Also does anyone have a stand form for requesting "keywords" from faculty
for the purpose of grant searching? Thanks in advance.
